Susan's Road Trip to California--Continued

This is probably the longest road trip EVER. Before it ends back in Texas next year sometime I will have experienced many things from ecstatic spiritual highs to deep humility and pain. In the end I will come out stronger and knowing more than ever. My TX pastor said it best--I have a great CAPACITY to grow spiritually. If only it weren't so hard to do. If only you could fail alone.

It is a scary thing to come home from a lovely ballet class to this headline on CNN.com:

Davis out, Schwarzenegger wins

So now I live in the land of fruits and nuts and the Terminator is my governor?

NOW can I come home to Texas?
